How do you plan for a restaurant’s failure?
My friends and I are planning to open a restaurant. As with all and any business, it si wise to plan for everything, including failure. How should we plan for failure? What are our options in case of failure? If we are going to rent a place with a 5-year contract, what should we do if we are already doomed in our 2nd or 3rd year? Thank you!
